Catering Terms & Conditions

Dietary Requirements & Final Numbers

All dietary requirements and final guest numbers must be provided no later than 30 days prior to the event date.

While Ochre Restaurant & Catering will endeavour to accommodate all dietary needs, we reserve the right to apply a surcharge where additional preparation, specialised ingredients, or increased complexity is required. Any such surcharge will be applied at Ochre’s discretion.

Pricing Validity

All quoted prices are valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of issue.

Wedding Surcharge

A 10% surcharge on food costs will apply to all wedding catering

Deposit

A deposit of 30% is required to secure Ochre Restaurant & Catering services for your event date.

A further 20% deposit is payable 30 days prior to the event date.

Final Payment

The remaining balance is payable following the event.

Cancellations

Cancellations made within 21 days of the event will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event will incur a 100% charge of the total booking value.

 

Ochre cannot be held responsible for changes out of our control by third party suppliers
